I voted early this year. It was an interesting experience, knowing that many of those in line with me were voting differently than I was. In contrast to what we see on the news, it was a very civil and friendly experience. There was nice conversation in the line about the Texans and the weather and the upcoming weekend. Since joining St. Luke’s in the mid eighties, the blessings I have received at St. Luke’s have been boundless – from being a part of a loving and supportive Sunday School class – the Randy Smith Bible Study group - to meeting the love of my life - Jack Blanton, Sr. - in that class, and marrying him in the St. Luke’s Chapel.
